All clients are responsible for paying USCIS, Embassy, and other related processing fees including the following: I-129F Petition Fee-$535.00; Medical Exam Fee-$150-$250 depending upon country; US Embassy Processing Fee-$265.00. After you are married, you must apply for an adjustment of status (for green card), travel and work permits in the United States. If you retain us to assist you with the post-marriage legal services at the time you sign the k1 retainer agreement, you are entitled to a discounted rate of $1000 for your spouse (normally $1295 or $1495 for non k1 clients) and $800 per child (normally $1000 or $1295 for non k1 clients).
